Our web site does not gather or store any financial information nor do we process any financial transactions.
For all online customer payments we use PayPal, a leading international payment processing service that
employs state-of-the-art technologies and techniques for ensuring that your information is secure.

Our website uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all data transfers to and from our
site. SSL is the global standard for securing communications between a web server and the browser on
your PC, tablet, or smartphone. In addition, we have a website security service which continually monitors
our site to ensure that it is free of any malware and to alert us to any operational outages. We have also
implemented a firewall that provides additional protection against unauthorized access to our site and
our database.
Sharing Your Data
We will not share your information except in the limited and specific situations described
below. If you were directed to our site by one of our sales affiliates or current clients, we will
share a copy of your design information and stationery with them so that they can follow up with you
to answer any questions you may have. If our company is acquired by or merged with another company,
the ownership of your data will be transferred to or shared with them. In such a case this privacy
policy will continue to be in force or you will be notified of any changes and given the option to
delete your data from our files.
Use of Stationery Templates for Marketing
As explained in our Terms of Use and License Agreement for Digital Stationery® we reserve the right
to use the Digital Stationery® that we produce for you for our own marketing and promotional purposes.
To those ends we may display our customers' stationery templates on our website, on the websites
of our sales affiliates, or in promotional brochures and email messages. Since your stationery is a tool
for promoting your business these actions serve to increase your company's exposure and may, in fact,
contribute to your business.
External Links
Some of our pages may provide links to various third party web sites, such as those of our affiliated
sales and development companies. In no case, is the information that you give to us provided to the
third party sites. However, since those sites are not under our control they may request information
from you and you should review their privacy policies before complying. Once you leave our site, we
are not able to alert you should another site attempt to gather information from your browser.
No Guarantees
This Privacy Policy states our standards for the collection and use of your data and we will do our best to
meet them. Nevertheless, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. In spite of our best efforts
as described above there may be factors beyond our control that may result in the disclosure of data. As a
consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to the maintenance or nondisclosure of
your data.
